No Import Duties for Orders Under $800

To offer you a seamless shopping experience, please note that according to U.S. Customs regulations (De Minimis exemption), orders shipped to the United States with a total value under $800 USD are completely free of import duties, taxes, and customs fees. 

Orders Over $800

For large orders exceeding $800 USD, the shipment may be subject to standard U.S. customs duties upon arrival. Any applicable fees in this rare case are the responsibility of the recipient.

Premium Packing & Insured Shipping

Because our creations are unique and precious art pieces, they are packed using professional, ultra-protective shockproof materials. All our shipments to the US are fully insured. In the unlikely event of damage during transit, we guarantee a 100% free replacement.

Processing & Delivery Times

Processing Time: Because our ceramics are delicate and require meticulous, ultra-protective packaging, please allow 2-3 business days to prepare your order for shipment.

Transit Time: We ship via Premium Express Couriers. Once your package leaves our workshop in Sicily, delivery to the United States typically takes 5-7 business days.
