Do you accept returns or exchanges?
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery. If an item arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging so we can provide the most appropriate solution.
How are products packed for shipping?
Each piece is carefully packed with protective, shock-resistant materials. Large ceramic pieces receive additional protection during packing.
Can I request a personalized piece?
Absolutely. Contact us before ordering to discuss custom colors, sizes or decorations. We will be happy to create a piece especially for you.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout. For personalized or large pieces, we will contact you to confirm production and delivery times.
